We exercised our one year opt-out with BZ and switched to VinSolutions. We were using BZ for our CRM tool at $3950/month, and we also were billed up to $1200 a month for web spiders and various other charges. Frequently, the bill was over $5200 per month. After switching to VinSolutions we cancelled the above contracts and now pay less than half of our prior fee on a month-to-month basis with no contract. A one time training fee plus a new digital camera were required. The training and trainers were outstanding. Of course you know, switching computer systems/DMS etc can be extremely painful for our employees. However, I must say that this changeover was easy, painless, and our employees have told me on numerous occasions how much they like the new product versus BZ.

They could run some reports that told them old data and nothing in real time. On VinSolutions I could watch not only my entire Internet Department's response times, quality of response, phone activity, which customers read each email, how many times they viewed it etc all in real time but I can do the same for the entire sales floor.
